h5bj Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

Acceptance of Terms

Access to h5bj and use of any of its services — including fish games, bingo rooms, cricket and PSL sports betting, the PKR wallet, the Android app and all promotional offers — is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is confirmed at the point of account registration. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules published on specific game, promotion or payment pages on h5bj. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's rules, the specific promotion rules will take precedence for that promotion only.

Eligibility

To register and use h5bj, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h5bj is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to fund your h5bj PKR wallet, or have explicit authorisation from the account holder.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on h5bj or under any voluntary restriction that would make your use of the platform non-compliant with responsible gaming commitments you have made.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or operating your h5bj account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate or immediate family member of h5bj staff in a role that would create a conflict of interest.

Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one h5bj account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, mobile number, device, payment method or IP address — are prohibited. If we identify multiple accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. This includes your name, contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms. h5bj reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals above specified PKR thresholds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h5bj account credentials — including your username, password and any linked biometric login on the Android app. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact h5bj support immediately and change your password. h5bj will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to secure your device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on h5bj are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h5bj does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider separately.

Supported payment methods currently include:

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals to your registered mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals to your registered Easypaisa account
• Raast — fast transfers via Pakistan's domestic instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard PKR bank-to-bank transfers
• Cards and Mobile Wallets — debit/credit cards and other supported wallets

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure. h5bj processes withdrawal requests promptly; however, clearance times may vary depending on your payment provider. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before being approved, particularly for larger PKR amounts or where account activity flags a review requirement.

h5bj reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if there is a reasonable basis to investigate the account for suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Bonuses and Promotions

h5bj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus funds. These conditions are clearly stated on each promotion page and must be read before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address and per device. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full within the given time window.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, h5bj reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• h5bj may modify, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, players who have already met the wagering requirement will be credited as normal.
• Bonuses are for genuine entertainment use only. Any strategy that h5bj determines to be systematic bonus abuse — including low-risk bet hedging designed purely to clear wagering requirements — may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and account review.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game category on h5bj — fish games, bingo and sports betting — operates under its own specific game rules, which are available within the game interface or on the respective section pages. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Fish games on h5bj use a point-based system with PKR conversion rates clearly displayed before you enter a table. Bingo rooms operate on published schedules with fixed PKR prize pools. Sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, T20 internationals and Football — display odds that may change up until the event starts or, for live in-play markets, throughout the match.

h5bj is committed to fair play across all game types:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play fish games or bingo is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches in any game for financial gain must be reported to support — exploiting rather than reporting such a bug is a breach of these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage — for example, coordinating bets in bingo or cricket markets — is prohibited.
• In the event of a technical failure during a fish game or bingo session, h5bj will follow its standard dispute resolution procedure. Bets placed during confirmed technical failures may be voided and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h5bj. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for prohibited purposes
• Using h5bj in connection with money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a valid PKR deposit transaction made to h5bj
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your PKR wallet
• Threatening, harassing or abusing h5bj staff, support agents or other players
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, the h5bj backend, or platform data without authorisation
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Using the h5bj platform in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

All content on h5bj — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of h5bj or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use h5bj solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or create derivative works from any h5bj content without our prior written permission. Scraping platform data, capturing game assets, or reproducing h5bj branding for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data

h5bj collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using h5bj, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Account Suspension and Closure

h5bj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — identity fraud, payment fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the security of other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, h5bj will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details. We aim to complete standard investigations within a reasonable timeframe. Any funds confirmed as legitimately belonging to the player — after deducting outstanding bonuses, disputed amounts or fraud-related adjustments — will be returned to the originating payment method upon conclusion of the review.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact h5bj support at any time. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly, with any remaining eligible PKR balance returned to the player's verified payment method.

Changes to These Terms

h5bj may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
